Ahmed Mahmoud has a robust background in chemical engineering, with significant expertise in high throughput experimentation and automation. Currently serving as a Workflow Architect at Chemspeed Technologies AG since 2021, Ahmed previously worked as an Automation Scientist at Clariant, where innovation in product optimization was emphasized. A PhD researcher at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg from 2014 to 2019, Ahmed focused on colloidal nanocrystals and solar cell materials, translating manual processes to automated systems. Earlier experiences include research roles at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light and teaching assistant positions, complemented by various engineering internships.
