Caroline Ancelin (Née Ronsseray) is currently the Head of PMO for Robotic Platforms at Chemspeed, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as a Project Manager at Chemspeed (2024-2025) and as the Directrice des Projets Opérationnels at Nexdot (2021-2024). Caroline's earlier experience includes roles as Chef de Produits Branche Nickel and Ingénieur de recherche at ERAMET (2015-2017) and a Research and Development Engineer at Nexdot (2017). They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Ecole polytechnique, where they completed their studies in 2011 after obtaining a Master's degree in 2008. Caroline also possesses an engineering degree from ENSTA ParisTech, earned in 2008.
