Graham R.

Graham R. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Graham started their career at Evonik Degussa as a Senior Process Engineer from 1991 to 1997. Graham then worked at GR Process Engineering as a Project Manager from 1997 to 2004. At Baker Hughes, they held multiple positions including Senior Process Engineer, Production Manager, Plant Manager, Lean Six Sigma Implementation Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from 2004 to 2013. Currently, they are working at Chemtrade as the Director of Business and Operational Excellence since November 2017. Their responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing facilities, health and safety, quality, production, maintenance, CAPEX implementation, and full P/L responsibility.

Graham R. attended the University of Nottingham from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Chemical Engineering. In 2010, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The University of Texas at Arlington. In 2012, they pursued additional education at Villanova University, completing a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt program in Continuous Improvement.
