Janeen Paradise Dhein

Janeen Paradise Dhein has a diverse work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Janeen is currently the Director of Corporate Procurement at Chemtrade and was previously the Sourcing Director at GEON Performance Solutions. Prior to that, they held positions at Livent, allnex, allnex (formerly Nuplex Resins), and The Dow Chemical Company. At Livent, they served as the Associate Director of Global Procurement and the Global Category Manager for Direct Materials. At allnex, they were the Global Sourcing Manager for Crosslinkers. At allnex (formerly Nuplex Resins), they were the Procurement Manager for the Americas. At The Dow Chemical Company, they held various roles including Product Manager, Market Portfolio Manager, and Raw Materials Sourcing Manager.

Janeen Paradise Dhein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University. Additionally, they have certifications in Internal Auditor from Automotive IATF 16949:2016 and Six Sigma Black Belt MAIC Certification from Six Sigma.
