Jerry Penick

Jerry Penick has extensive work experience in human resources. Jerry started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Engineered Carbons, Inc. in 1994 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they held the same position at Ameripol Synpol Corporation. Jerry then joined ISP Elastomers as a Human Resources Manager in 2003 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they became the Director of Human Resources at Chemtrade Logistics, Inc. until their retirement in 2019.

Jerry Penick completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Management at Lamar University from 1982 to 1984. Jerry then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources at Lamar University, which they completed from 1982 to 1985.
