James Lawson

James Lawson has extensive experience in the chemical industry. James started their career as a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technician at Eastman Chemical in 1994. James then worked at Nalco, where they held multiple roles, including Sales Engineer - Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, and Senior Industry Technical Consultant. At Nalco, they focused on the Chemical, Power, and Primary Metals markets and was responsible for sales execution and client improvement. Currently, they are working at ChemTreat as the Director of Product Innovation and Technical Sales, where they lead the aluminum industry segment and is responsible for product development strategies and R&D efforts.

James Lawson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from East Tennessee State University from 1995 to 1999. James later pursued an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2012 to 2013.
