John Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. John has worked as a Director of Digital Strategy & Business Transformation at ChemTreat, where they led the digital transformation of the business and implemented digital platforms for operational efficiencies. Prior to this, at Merck, they served as a Salesforce.com/Veeva Systems Release Manager, overseeing the deployment of releases and the implementation of Veeva Vault globally.

In their earlier career, John worked at GE Water & Process Technologies as a Business Solutions Program Manager, leading the design and deployment of Salesforce.com. John also worked as a Commercial Excellence Program Manager at GE Water, streamlining sales processes and creating web applications for data management. John also has experience as a GE Black Belt, where they led enterprise projects and promoted the culture of Six Sigma.

Before their time at GE, John worked at BetzDearborn as a Sales Force Automation Project Manager, developing tools and processes for the commercial team. John also worked as a Sales Force Effectiveness Trainer and Product Manager at Betz Laboratories, focusing on training and launching new products. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Betz, providing technical support and collaborating with the sales team.

John's career began as a Project Engineer at the Naval Air Development Center, where they worked on anti-submarine warfare technology and conducted tests and published results.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated their expertise in digital transformation, project management, Salesforce.com, process improvement, and sales effectiveness.

John Lewis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. In addition, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including certifications in Veeva Vault Administration, Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce CRM Administration, ScrumMaster, GE Black Belt, and Professional Engineering.
