Lia Bartol

Lia Bartol has extensive work experience in HR roles. Lia started their career as a Human Resource Analyst at ChemTreat in July 2015 and worked there until October 2016. Lia then moved on to become a Human Resource Generalist in Sales from November 2016 to December 2017. After that, Lia served as a Senior HR Generalist in the Commercial department from January 2018 to January 2019. Following this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at USP Technologies from January 2019 to January 2021. From January 2021 to December 2023, they held the position of HR Manager, Operations at ChemTreat. Currently, Lia is working as an HR Director at ChemTreat, providing strategic HR support and overseeing the HR Business Partner team and ChemTreat Total Rewards program. Prior to joining ChemTreat, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems from April 2014 to June 2015.

Lia Bartol earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Longwood University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
