Tara Bristol

Tara Bristol has extensive work experience in HR and leadership roles. Tara served as an HR Director at ChemTreat, where they partnered with various departments and focused on organizational strategy, talent management, and performance management. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Consultant, providing support and expertise in creating a great employee experience. Tara also held several roles at Capital One, including Senior Director of HR Business Partnering, Chief of Staff to an Executive Vice President, Senior Manager of Internal Communications, and Chief of Staff to the Treasurer. Tara also worked as the Manager of Environmental & Technical Affairs Committees at the Suppliers of Advanced Composite Materials Association (SACMA).

Tara Bristol has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond. Tara also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
