Wendy Radeka is an accomplished Executive Talent Consultant and Coach with extensive experience in strategic consulting, coaching, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Chen Moore and Associates, Wendy previously held significant roles, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Cano Health, where over 4,000 employees were hired within two years, and Chief People Officer at Tykes & Teens, overseeing people resources for a mental health agency. Wendy's prior position as Corporate Director of Talent & Learning at Orlando Health involved supporting a workforce of over 20,000 team members across nine hospitals.
