Monica Monsalve-Burr

Monica Monsalve-Burr has experience working in legal roles at various organizations, including Chenega Corporation EH&F and Pena Garcia Diz PLLC. Prior to their current position as a Senior Law Clerk, Monica worked as an Associate Attorney handling a caseload of litigation cases. Monica has also interned at organizations such as UC Davis Law Immigration Law Clinic and Dade Legal Aid, where Monica gained experience in legal research and assisting domestic violence survivors. Monica holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Politics with an International Studies Concentration from Oberlin College.
