Cathleen Strabala

Cathleen Strabala has a diverse work experience in various roles related to quality management and compliance. Cathleen has worked at Chenega Corporation as a Sr. Director of Quality, Ethics & Compliance and as a Director of Quality & Compliance. Cathleen also held the position of Corporate Quality Manager and MIOS SBU Quality Manager at the same company, where they managed quality programs and conducted internal audits. Additionally, they worked at Chenega Federal Systems as a Quality Manager and Director of Business Development. Before that, they were the President of the Mile High Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association. Cathleen also worked as a Program Manager at Chenega Technology Services Corporation and SAIC, where they focused on program management and software testing. Prior to that, they worked at Litton/TASC as a Certified Software Quality Engineer and a Staff Member in the Technical Staff. Cathleen started their career as a National Customer Service Representative at Union Pacific Railroad and as a Teacher at Quincy Public Schools. Cathleen also served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Iowa and as a Customer Sales Associate/Supervisor at Petite Sophisticate.

Cathleen Strabala has a diverse education history. In 2017, they obtained a FPS FAR Certificate from Federal Publication Seminars, specializing in Federal Acquisition Regulation. Prior to that, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate Program at Villanova University from 2014 to 2015. Cathleen pursued an Information Management degree at Washington University in St. Louis from 1998 to 2000. In 1993, they obtained a Master's degree in Education from Western Illinois University. Cathleen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they earned from 1987 to 1990. Cathleen completed their high school education with a diploma in College prep from Quincy Sr High School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "App in a Day - Power Apps" from Pragmatic Works, "onetrust Privacy Professional Certification" from OneTrust in 2023, and "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2020.
