Vinda Persad

Vinda Persad is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in mechanical reliability and rotating equipment across several prominent companies in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer for Mechanical Reliability at Cheniere Energy, Inc. since June 2022, Vinda previously held the position of Senior Reliability Specialist at the same company. Prior roles include Principal Engineer for Rotating Equipment at Venture Global LNG, Rotating Equipment Team Lead at BP, and Rotating Equipment Specialist at Atlantic LNG. Vinda began the professional career as a Rotating Equipment Superintendent and Reliability Engineer at Petrotrin and worked as a Piping Engineer at Bechtel Corporation. Vinda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
