Brandon Conkle has over 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Brandon'smost recent role was as the Managing Director (Head of) Total Rewards at ChenMed, where they oversaw strategic direction for reward programs for a rapidly growing medical provider company. Prior to ChenMed, they held executive compensation and benefits roles at Herc Rentals, Georgia Institute of Technology, The Weather Channel, Chicos FAS, Harris Teeter, Advance Auto Parts, and Lowe's Companies. Brandon specializes in designing and implementing compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages to align with business goals and values.
Brandon Conkle completed their MBA in General Management at Wake Forest University School of Business in 2005. Brandon also holds a BA in Politics and Psychology from Wake Forest University and a MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University. Additionally, Brandon has obtained certifications in CCP, Certified Benefits Professional, GRP, Hay Point Factor, and SPHR.
