Christopher Sidla - Mhr

Christopher Sidla holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ChenMed since February 2021, Christopher leads full talent lifecycle activities for multiple Centers of Excellence, providing strategic counsel to C-suite executives and overseeing a workforce of over 1,000 colleagues. Prior experience includes various senior HR roles at Macy's from 2011 to 2020, where responsibilities ranged from developing national HR strategies to managing talent initiatives across a large region with significant revenue. Additionally, experience with Target Corporation as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources focused on employee relations and operational support bolsters Christopher's extensive background in human resources management. Christopher is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
