Erika Polanis

Erika Polanis is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at ChenMed since July 2021. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Associate Director of Organizational Effectiveness at ChenMed and worked as the Partnership Success Director at Degreed from July 2019 to July 2021. Erika's earlier experience includes serving as the Organizational Effectiveness Director and Senior Business Change Manager at Anthem, Inc., as well as the Assistant Chief of Human Resources at The Center for Discovery. Starting with a foundation in project management at The Center for Discovery, Erika began a career at the U.S. House of Representatives as a Staff Assistant. Erika holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Mount Saint Mary College.
