Kevin Peterson

Kevin Peterson serves as the Managing Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness at ChenMed since April 2022, leading the enterprise talent team for a pioneering healthcare company. Currently also a Principal at KP2 Ventures, Inc., Kevin collaborates with organizational leaders to develop innovative talent management solutions. Previously, roles included Director of Performance at Hoya Vision Care, Director of Talent at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, and Global Head of Learning at Alcon, where Kevin directed talent development during its spinoff from Novartis. With extensive experience at Novartis and Archer Daniels Midland Company, Kevin has been instrumental in shaping talent management and organizational development strategies across multiple regions globally. Kevin holds a certificate in Disruptive Innovation and Strategy from Harvard Business School.
