Kristofer Cooper is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of People - Field & Chief Learning Officer at ChenMed, Kristofer has played a pivotal role in promoting value-based care for seniors since July 2020. Prior to this, Kristofer held senior HR positions at Turnberry Associates and MorseLife Health Systems, where leadership in HR functions resulted in significant improvements in client feedback and operational efficiency. Additionally, Kristofer served as Vice President at CBIZ, Global Head of Talent Management at Burger King, and held key HR roles in both Viant and Victoria's Secret, underscoring a robust track record in talent management and organizational development. Kristofer holds an MBA in General Management and Marketing from Capital University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
