Leila Levaggi Aviles

Leila Levaggi Aviles has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a General Manager at La Quinta in 1999. Leila then moved on to Prime Hospitality before becoming the General Manager at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in 2005, where they managed daily operations and a team of 50 direct reports. In 2013, they transitioned to ChenMed, where they held various leadership roles, culminating in their current position as Regional VP of Operations, overseeing the execution of the Core Model strategy across multiple geographic areas. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in driving quality improvement, operational excellence, revenue optimization, and cost strategies.

Leila Levaggi Aviles completed their Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management at Florida International University from 1990 to 1992. Leila then pursued a Masters in Healthcare Administration at Liberty University from 2016 to 2018.
