Rene Parraga

Rene Parraga is a Senior Director of Clinical Talent and Engagement at ChenMed, a position held since January 2017, where strategic initiatives to foster excellence and growth among clinical teams are led. Responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional leaders to enhance the development and experience of Providers. Previous roles at ChenMed range from Primary Care Partner to Lead Regional Chief Clinical Officer for Dedicated Florida Senior Medical Centers. Prior to ChenMed, Rene served at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine as Associate Clerkship Director for Internal Medicine and in various roles including Assistant Professor and Chief Resident. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela and completion of an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Miami.
