Tara Vandeven

Tara VanDeVen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and candidate experience management, currently serving as Candidate Experience Manager at ChenMed since February 2022. In this role, Tara sources, screens, and manages candidates for various clinical departments. Previously, Tara was a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at ChenMed, contributing to the organization's rapid growth by overseeing full-cycle recruitment projects. Prior experience includes leading recruiting initiatives at Mankuta Gallagher & Associates, Inc. for prominent clients such as General Electric and Kaiser Permanente, and serving as a Substitute Teacher at Broward County Public Schools. Tara's background also encompasses business development in the catering industry and various roles in customer service and sales. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida International University, an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Broward College, and a High School Diploma in Musical Theatre from Dillard High School of the Arts.
