Jennifer Proulx has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer's career began at The Ottawa Hospital, where they held multiple positions from 2002 to 2013. These positions include Acting Director of Quality and Patient Experience, Manager of Quality and Patient Experience, Quality Improvement Coordinator, Program Analyst, and Program Evaluator.

Additionally, in 2007, Jennifer worked as a Co-Consultant for the Champlain LHIN, co-authoring a business case for the establishment of a Champlain Region Youth Treatment Residential Facility. This project involved conducting literature reviews, drafting a business proposal, and meeting with stakeholders.

Jennifer Proulx MA, MHA, CHE has a diverse education history. Jennifer first attended Carleton University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology from 1995 to 2000. Jennifer then pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at the same institution from 2000 to 2002. Continuing their education in healthcare administration, Jennifer attended the University of Ottawa from 2006 to 2009, earning a Master's degree in Health Administration. In 2009, they further enhanced their expertise by completing an Improvement Advisor program in Quality Improvement from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Additionally, Jennifer holds a certification as a Certified Health Executive (CHE) from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
