Mary Lynn Taschereau has extensive work experience in various roles. Mary Lynn has worked at CHEO since 1997, starting as a Communicative Disorders Assistant and later taking on roles such as Clinical Educator (Electronic Documentation), Application Coordinator, Business Systems Analyst, and currently serves as the Lead Learning Specialist (BOP). Additionally, they have also worked at St. Lawrence College as a Clinical Instructor for their CDA program in 2004 and 2006.
Mary Lynn Taschereau completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree at the University of Ottawa from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Communicative Disorders Assistant from Georgian College from 1995 to 1996. Mary Lynn also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistic Anthropology and French from Trent University, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Mary Lynn Taschereau participated in a year abroad program at Nantes Université from 1992 to 1993. Mary Lynn has also obtained certifications such as EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation and EpicCare Ambulatory from Epic, and a Reg. OCT certification from the Ontario College of Teachers in 1997.
