Bruna Alves

Bruna Alves currently serves as an Analyst Control Audit & Monitoring at CHEP since September 2022, following a role as an Assistant Retail BackOffice. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Customer Success Analyst at NetFoods, where Bruna contributed to the implementation of the Customer Success area and utilized the Ploomes system. At Robert Half Executive Search, Bruna was an Administrative Assistant supporting Human Resources, focusing on documentation audits and employee processes. Prior positions also include roles at CHEP in Customer Service Sales, Danone in distribution, and various administrative roles at Ypê and within hospitality management. Bruna holds a degree in Port Management from Universidade Paulista and a Technical degree in Nursing from E.T.E. “João Belarmino.”
