Emma Gustavsson has extensive experience in account management and customer success across various industries, including supply chain, addiction counseling, and consumer goods. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at CHEP since October 2020, Emma focuses on developing sustainable and circular supply chain solutions for clients in the retail sector. Previous roles include customer success management at Formulate, strategic account management at Nämndemansgården and Ljung & Sjöberg, and significant positions within Unilever, where Emma managed key accounts and brand portfolios. Emma holds a Fil kand in Economics and a Fil mag in Business Administration & Economics from Stockholm University, along with a Master of Arts in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School.
