Michele Welch, MBA, is the Director of Supply Chain Operations for North American Digitization at CHEP, where they focus on supply chain optimization. With a proven track record in strategy implementation and project management, Welch excels in driving organizational change and improvement through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and are Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Previously, Welch has held significant roles at companies including Heartland Food Products Group and PepsiCo, where they managed large teams and complex supply chain operations.
