Tyler Vassar serves as the Senior Vice President for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations for CHEP North America (Brambles AUX: BXB), overseeing all facilities and operations for the pallet businesses, the Pallecon business and the automotive, reusable containers business for U.S.
Prior to joining CHEP in 2018, Tyler served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain for Baxter Healthcare (NYS: BAX), an industry leader in manufacturing and distribution of life-saving medical products with more than $11B in annual sales. Tyler has also previously served as the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of the Global Supply Chain for Joy Global Inc. (NASDAQ: JOYG) and Vice President, Global Supply Chain for Danfoss Fluid Power.
Tyler gained much of his early leadership experience with the General Electric Company and as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy where he completed three successful tours of duty. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
