Jens Schmidt

Jens Schmidt has worked as the Director of Human Resources at CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for strategic and operational personnel management, as well as the development of innovative recruitment and employer branding measures. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager for Germany at Euroports, an international logistics group with approximately 2,600 employees.

Jens Schmidt earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR and quality management from Preston University via TEQ GmbH Chemnitz, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplompädagoge mit Staatsexamen in education science (pedagogy and psychology) from the University of Potsdam, where they studied from 1985 to 1990.
