Aaron Shirazi

Aaron Shirazi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Aaron is currently working as a Property Manager at Building Equity Management LLC since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a part of Cher ®, an online marketplace for co-ownership of residential real estate, where they worked in Partnerships from December 2022.

Aaron also has experience in operations, having worked as an Operations Associate at Mona Development since May 2014. Aaron also founded Great Neck PCR, a company that provides seamless Covid-PCR testing experience, in December 2021.

Additionally, Aaron has held multiple roles at Better, including Real Estate Strategy and Operations from September 2019 to March 2022, Loan Processing Expert from February 2021 to September 2021, and Analyst, Real Estate Customer Experience from July 2019 to February 2021. In these roles, they contributed to the growth and development of Better's operations and customer-centric approach.

Before joining Better, Aaron worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Empire Capital Holdings in June 2018. Aaron gained early experience as an Operations Intern at Vianel Studios in July 2017 and as a Summer Intern at Allstate in June 2016.

Aaron Shirazi obtained their GED from Great Neck North High School. Aaron then attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance, Business Law, and Real Estate. Aaron also holds additional certifications, including "The complete SQL Bootcamp 2022" from Udemy and a "Certificate for Data Science in Business" from Harvard Business School Online. Aaron is also an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard.
