Max Josino

Max Josino is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in shaping design strategies and driving product development across various technology firms. Currently serving as the Founding Product Designer at Ground since May 2022, Max plays a pivotal role in designing AI-driven solutions to enhance brand revenue. Prior to this, Max contributed to Fast as a Senior Product Designer, focusing on checkout experiences and design systems, and supported Creditas' international expansion as a Senior Product Designer/Engineer. Max's tenure at Nubank as a Senior Product Designer involved significant contributions to product design and team growth, helping to serve over 30 million users. Early career roles included positions at Guidebook Inc., where Max transitioned from User Interface Designer to Design Manager, and Soda Virtual as a UI Designer. Max's educational background includes a Nanodegree in User Experience Design from Udacity and degrees in Graphic Design and Internet Systems.
