Martin Rariga

Martin Rariga is currently the Founding Designer at Equals. Prior to this, they were the Lead Product Designer at Monograph from May 2021 to December 2021, where they were responsible for building the future of how architects manage their business. Before that, they were the Lead Product Designer at Baremetrics from July 2018 to May 2021, where they were responsible for designing a toolkit for companies to track their SaaS metrics, understand customers and discover growth insights. Martin was also responsible for marketing, brand and primarily product design as the only designer on a fully remote team. Martin led product lifecycle from early discovery, validation and ongoing iterations. Prior to that, they were the Lead Product Designer at Operam, LLC from October 2016 to July 2018, where they were responsible for designing a complex data visualization product that used machine learning to distribute Oscar-winning movies across all digital media.

Martin Rariga studied architecture and urbanism at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where they received their Master of Architecture degree. Martin also holds a Bachelor's degree from the Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave in the same field.

Martin Rariga reports to Bobby Pinero, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Jamie Osler - Head of Engineering, Joon Choi - Head of Sales, and Ben McRedmond - CPO & Co-Founder.
