Patrícia Tomomitsu is an accomplished architect and project designer with extensive experience in architectural design and project management. Currently serving as a Project Designer at Chernoff Thompson Architects since December 2022, Patrícia has previously held significant positions at GPA, where responsibilities included conducting architectural feasibility studies for new stores and developing innovative concepts focused on customer experience. Patrícia's career highlights include creating working drawings for store construction at POLISHOP, evaluating construction projects at Iguatemi S.A., and drafting construction drawings for various projects at FMC Arquitetura. Patrícia began the professional journey as an intern at Patricia Akinaga Arquitetura Paisagística, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, awarded in 2010.

Established in 1981 in Vancouver, we have continued to expand our scope of practice with projects throughout BC, across Canada and the USA. We also have affiliated firms under overlapping ownership: Chernoff Thompson Architects in Prince George, BC and Jensen Chernoff Thompson Architects in Victoria, BC. Currently, we have active projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Washington State and Hawaii.
