Don Corr

Don Corr has an extensive background in educational administration and athletics, currently serving as the Administrator on Special Assignment for Athletics at Cherokee County School District in Georgia since July 2014, after retiring as the Director of Personnel Management. With a career at Cherokee County School District beginning in July 2007, Don has also held positions including Director of Personnel Staffing and Supervisor of Student Activities and Athletics. Additionally, Don is active as a college umpire with the Southern Collegiate Umpires Association and with Marietta Umpires since 2008. Educational qualifications include an Educational Specialist degree in Administration from Lincoln Memorial University, a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of West Georgia, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Administration and Coaching from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a prior focus on Pre-Engineering at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
