Dr. Debra Murdock

Dr. Debra Murdock serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Cherokee County School District in Georgia since April 2020, following their role as Principal of Cherokee High School, where Dr. Debra is also an alumnus. Prior to these positions, Dr. Murdock held the title of Director of the Office of School Operations from July 2015 to April 2022, overseeing middle and high school operations, athletics, discipline, clubs, activities, and counseling within the district. Dr. Murdock earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University, an Ed.S. in Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University, and a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education from Kennesaw State University.
