Aniya P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aniya started their career in 2007 as a Property Manager for Mr. Chen, where they were responsible for setting rental rates, advertising vacancies, and negotiating leases. In 2008, they transitioned to working as a Staffing Assistant for CalPortland Company, where they handled recruitment processes for a company with over 2000 employees. This involved conducting interviews, making offers, and coordinating background checks. Aniya then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Flatiron Construction from 2014 to 2015, providing HR support to the organization. Aniya later became a Human Resources Technician at Mt. San Antonio College in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Randstad USA, and then moved to Ormco, where they held the same position from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Aniya is working as a Human Resources Generalist at Cherokee Federal. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and coordination.
Aniya P. completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business at Citrus College in 2014. Aniya then attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Development.
