Doris Cravens, PHR, SHRMP-CP has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Doris started their career at Disney Store as a Store Manager and Area Talent Development Manager, where they led a team and focused on achieving financial results through motivation and performance management. Doris then worked at Foutz Chiropractic as an Office Manager, where they developed policies and objectives for the company and utilized marketing techniques to increase visibility. After that, Doris joined Cherokee Nation Businesses as a Recruiter III, where they were responsible for recruiting top talent and managing the hiring process. Currently, they are working at Cherokee Federal as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, serving as a strategic business partner and HR subject matter expert for international strategy, and implementing initiatives to improve the candidate to employee experience.
