Earl Johnson

Earl Johnson has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as IT Support Operations Tech IV at Cherokee Federal since August 2021, contributing to the US Immigration policy initiative for the reunification of unaccompanied migrant children. Prior to this role, Earl was a Service Desk Agent II at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California from June 2015 to August 2021, where IT support facilitated high standards in academic and clinical care. Earl also provided helpdesk and desktop support for various contract projects between February 2010 and June 2016, assisting multiple organizations. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Supervisor at Indymac Bank from August 2002 to October 2009, where management responsibilities included training, supervising technicians, and coordinating technical support for the bank's core loan application systems.
