Jesse Bair

Jesse Bair has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Fire Team Leader in the United States Army, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and maintained a high level of physical fitness. After leaving the Army, Jesse worked as a Sales Representative for Nu Look Home Design, Inc. and as a Clinical Technician at Inova Health System.

In 2017, Jesse transitioned into the field of recruiting and held positions as a Technical Recruiter at Stillwater Human Capital LLC and as a Recruiter - Remote at Preting. During these roles, they were responsible for screening and qualifying candidates, managing job requisitions, and building relationships with potential hires.

Jesse then joined Amazon as a Technical Recruiter, where they supported the Selling Partner Services (SPS) team and were involved in various aspects of the hiring process, including mentoring candidates and coordinating interviews. However, their time at Amazon came to an end due to company-wide layoffs.

Following this, Jesse worked as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter at WAC Lighting, where they played a key role in the recruitment process for the company.

Currently, Jesse is working as a Technical Recruiter for Cherokee Federal, utilizing their skills and experience to attract top talent for the company.
