Jonathan Burgard has a strong work history that spans over several years. Additionally, Jonathan obtained various certifications, including CPR & AED Certification from the American Heart Association in August 2022, Emergency Medical Dispatch 5.4 Edition, Version 2 Instructor certification from APCO International in March 2022, Public Safety Telecommunicator 1, 7th Edition Instructor certification from APCO International in March 2022, and National Crime Information Center (NCIC) (Full Access) certification from the Kentucky State Police in November 2021. Other certifications include Fire Service Communications 2nd Edition Instructor, Law Enforcement Communications 1st Edition Instructor, Communications Center Supervisor Instructor 4th Edition, and Customer Service in Today's Public Safety Communications from APCO International. Jonathan obtained certifications in Basic Active Shooter Level I from Tennessee State University in March 2019, HAZMAT from FEMA in November 2018, NIMS 200, NIMS 800, NIMS 100, and NIMS 700 22 from FEMA in 2018. Their earliest certification, Terrorism Awareness for Emergency First Responders, was obtained from Texas A&M University in May 2011.
