Nancy Williams

Nancy Williams is an experienced program manager and contract compliance expert currently serving as a PMP, Program Manager at Cherokee Federal since July 2023, where responsibilities include creating business growth opportunities and supporting the Operations Manager in identifying new business ventures. Prior to this, Nancy was the Human Services Special Projects Manager for the City of San Antonio's Department of Human Services from October 2015 to July 2023, overseeing $10.1 million in community investment projects. Nancy has held multiple roles at Bexar County, including Interim Community Programs Director and Senior Management Analyst, managing contracts and funding in excess of $35 million. Additional experience includes working as a Contract Coordinator for the City of San Antonio, a Community Programs Management Analyst at Bexar County, and a Fund Development Specialist for the Girl Scouts of San Antonio, with a proven track record in grant writing and funding acquisition. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Public Policy from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
