Regina Whelchel

Regina Whelchel, CF APMP, is a seasoned professional in proposal management with extensive experience in the federal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Proposal Management for Cherokee Federal since February 2022, Regina directs Tier 1 competitive proposal responses. Prior to this role, Regina spent nearly 18 years at ECC, where responsibilities as Senior Proposal Manager included developing strategic proposal responses for complex, multi-year contracts that significantly contributed to revenue. Earlier career experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Regina provided expertise in public transportation infrastructure, stakeholder outreach, and proposal development for various governmental entities. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Florida.
