Stephen Allen has work experience as a Technical Support Specialist at BOMAG USA, LLC from September 2015 to September 2021. In this role, they installed, modified, and repaired computer hardware and software systems. Stephen resolved staff-generated technical requests and problems, troubleshooting technical and process issues to maintain productivity. Stephen also tested and maintained operating systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability. In terms of additional certifications, Stephen obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification from Syracuse University in September 2021 and is scheduled to receive a CCNA certification from Cisco in January 2023.
