Darron Replogle

Darron Replogle, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director of Tax at Cherokee Nation Businesses, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate taxation for the organization and its 40+ subsidiaries, which collectively generate over $2 billion in revenue. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Director and Tax Manager at WPX Energy, where Darron managed ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes and compliance for consolidated federal and state income tax returns. Darron also held the position of Tax Manager at Williams, managing similar tax accounting and return duties, and began a career as a Tax Analyst at the Bank of Oklahoma and Fluor. Darron holds an Accounting degree from Oklahoma State University.
