Jill Burns

Jill Burns serves as the Senior Director of Operational Accounting & Government Compliance at Cherokee Nation Businesses since November 2015, overseeing diversified accounting and compliance for multiple companies involved in government contracting, construction management, engineering, and logistics. Additionally, Jill holds the position of Vice President of Accounting at Cherokee Nation Industries since September 2014. Jill has previous experience as Detection Divisional Controller at FLIR Systems from October 2006 to September 2014, where responsibilities included finance close, financial analysis, and coordination with business units and executive management. Jill also worked as Detection Divisional Controller at ICx Technology during the same period. Jill earned a degree from Oklahoma State University between 1989 and 1993.
