Vince Carr

Vince Carr is an experienced professional in compensation management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation at Cherokee Nation Businesses since April 2017. Previously, Vince held consultancy roles at Inceed and RGP as a Compensation Consultant, and worked as the Compensation Manager at WPX Energy, where responsibilities included managing reward programs and executive compensation, as well as overseeing the design of compensation programs during the company's spin-off. Vince's career also includes significant roles at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., ShopKo Stores, Fort James Corporation, and Fort Howard, providing expertise in compensation and benefits across various industries. Vince holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Personnel Administration from Commonwealth University-Mansfield and a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
