Ivan Devitt

Ivan Devitt's work experience includes serving as Vice President of Security at Cherokee Nation Entertainment starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Security at MGM Resorts International from May 2018 to September 2020. From August 2008 to September 2017, Ivan was the Director of Security Operations/Executive Protection Specialist at TriCorps Security. Ivan also served as the Chief of Police at the Grove Police Department from February 2006 to July 2007. Ivan began their career as a Master Peace Officer at the Houston Police Department in 1984 and remained there until 2005.

Ivan Devitt attended the Houston Police Academy in 1984, where they received a TCLEOSE Basic Peace Officers Certification. During their time at the academy, their studies focused on Criminal Justice and Corrections.
