Kizzy Shipman

Kizzy Shipman has extensive experience in program and contract management, currently serving as Vice President of Programs & Security Operations at MES, Inc. since October 2011, overseeing contract employees in multiple countries and managing significant contracts. Previously, Kizzy held the position of Contract Manager at Central Texas College, managing the ACES contract's operations and administration. Kizzy also served as Senior Program Manager at Roger Williams University, coordinating mentorship programs and handling administrative tasks. Kizzy's career began as Director at S.T.O.P, where a teen prevention program was initiated. Academically, Kizzy holds a Master’s degree from Western New England University, a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, supplemented by a second Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western New England University.
