Mickey Ward has a diverse work experience. Mickey started in 2006 as a Director at The Light Group, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they also held a corporate role at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa and served as the interim Director of Casino Operations for a year. In 2010, they briefly worked at Wynn Las Vegas.
