Star R.

Star R. currently serves as the Director of IT PMO at Cherokee Nation since March 2025. Prior to this role, Star R. was the Manager of Operational Systems Support at Cherokee Nation Entertainment from October 2019 to March 2025, overseeing a team of support analysts and driving staff development initiatives. Star R. also held the position of IT Project Manager III at Cherokee Nation Businesses from July 2012 to October 2019, managing various multimillion-dollar projects across the enterprise. Earlier experience includes roles at Cherokee Nation Entertainment, where Star R. served as an Application Systems Analyst II, Gaming Operations Research Specialist, IT Quality Assurance Technician, and EGames Technician I. Star R. is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bellevue University, expected to graduate in February 2025, and holds an Associate degree in Computer Technology/Science from Vatterott College.
