Sergei Ryabkov

Sergei Ryabkov is an experienced Software/Infrastructure/DevOps Architect/Lead currently working at Cherre since October 2018. Prior to this role, Sergei operated as an Independent Consultant specializing in Software, DevOps, CI/CD, Data, Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC), and Cloud consulting from October 2017 to September 2018. Sergei held the position of Vice President of IT (Application Development) at Mizuho Securities USA Inc. from April 2016 to October 2017, where leadership of an eight-developer team focused on developing a Continuous Delivery framework was achieved. At Medidata Solutions, Sergei was a Software Development Director from July 2004 to March 2016, successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software releases and drive significant revenue growth. Earlier experience includes roles at NCH as a Database Analyst, Webmaster, Web Developer, and Systems Analyst from 1999 to 2004. Sergei holds an MBA with distinction from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master's equivalent degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Automation.
